Enjoy Luxurious Rustic Comfort

The Lodge at Red River Ranch was built on the grand scale of the great Western lodges, with rustic log construction and elegant furnishings. The three story Great Room features open-beam construction with a massive floor-to-ceiling Anasazi-style fireplace. The Great Room showcases a piano, game nook, house phone, and furniture arranged for intimate conversation. The Lodge offers a reading alcove with plenty of books and magazines and a recreation room with games, an exercise machine, and home theater projector with VCR/satellite feed. Guests have access to the Trading Post /Gift Shop, gardens, and front and side porches with outdoor seating.

Each Room is Unique

Each of the 15 guestrooms is individually decorated and appointed with antique furnishings and artifacts. Each room includes its own fireplace and features a step-out balcony and in-room music. Luxury rooms comfortably accommodate additional guests and feature added amenities such as loveseats, sofas, and desks. Every morning breakfast is served in the dining room with a charming LGB train circling above. Boxed lunches are available for day-trippers, and dinner is served every Friday and Saturday evening (other evenings on request). Reservations are recommended.

Red River Ranch is comprised of nearly 2,200 acres of grass and sage pastures, alfalfa fields, and river bottoms. We offer fly-fishing on five private miles of the Fremont River and at our spring-fed Jericho and Blackrock reservoirs. Year-round game hunting and sporting clays are also available on a private reserve. Experience the grandeur of The Lodge, named by Travel & Leisure as one of the "25 Best American Lodges."

Deluxe rooms accommodate 2 guests. Luxury rooms will comfortably accommodate between 2 - 4 guests. Please inquire. Room rates may fluctuate depending on availability and are subject to state and local tax. Specific room requests granted based on availability.

Deposit
At the time of the booking, a deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax will confirm your reservation. Full payment by credit card or check for the remaining balance is required 30 days prior to arrival, or on any reservation made within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a $25.00 fee for each room reserved. No refund is possible for cancellations made within 21 days of the arrival date. Check-out prior to scheduled departure date will result in cancellation and is non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please advise us if your anticipated arrival time will be after 8:00 p.m. as the main doors of The Lodge are locked in the evening.

Restrictions
Well-mannered, well-supervised children are always welcome. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. The Lodge is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is allowed outdoors in designated areas.

Transportation
A 10-minute complimentary shuttle is available from the Wayne Wonderland, a county maintained airport with a 5,900-foot paved runway. Please inquire. Shuttle service from the Richfield Airport is available for $75, one way.
